Seats and billing

A seat is a LinkedIn account

Linnia counts connected LinkedIn accounts, not people. Invite as many teammates as you like; each LinkedIn account you connect uses one seat.

• A new workspace has 1 seat.
• Every account that isn’t removed uses its seat, whatever its status (active, warming, paused, needs reconnecting…).
• Starting a connection holds a seat for up to one hour while the rep signs in. If they don’t finish, the seat frees itself.
• Removing an account frees its seat straight away.

The dashboard shows LinkedIn seats used and available; the API returns the same numbers with GET /v1/accounts:

When every seat is in use

Connecting another account stops with a clear message:

All 1 seat is in use. Remove an account, or contact Linnia to add seats.

To add seats, write to hello@linnia.ai from your workspace’s owner address.
