In the dashboard’s words: Member, use accounts and approve their work; Admin, invite people and manage keys; Owner, full control. A workspace always keeps at least one owner. API keys act with the owner’s rights.
Invite someone
Section titled “Invite someone”- Open Team in the dashboard and click Invite someone.
- Enter their email and pick a role.
- They get an email with a link to join the workspace and choose a password. The link works once and expires after 7 days; you can revoke a pending invitation from the same page.
People are not seats: invite as many teammates as you need. Seats count connected LinkedIn accounts.
Disable someone
Section titled “Disable someone”Admins and owners can disable a person under Team. They’re signed out everywhere at once, and every assistant connection they made stops working. Re-enable them from the same place.
What everyone shares
Section titled “What everyone shares”The workspace shares one memory: every person’s timeline, notes, the do-not-contact list and the 30-day colleague check. That’s what stops two reps from contacting the same prospect in the same week.
