Tools, prompts and resources

These are the tools your assistant sees once Linnia is connected. Read tools need the read scope; write tools need the scope shown. Every write goes through approvals, budgets, working hours and guardrails, and returns a job.

Accounts and planning

Tool	What it does
list_accounts	The LinkedIn accounts this connection may use, with status, health and budgets left today.
account_status	Status, health, working hours, mode and remaining budgets for one account. The assistant should start here.
connect_linkedin	Starts connecting a new LinkedIn account and returns a secure sign-in link to open in the browser. LinkedIn credentials never pass through the assistant. Needs write:network, and only works when the connection isn’t limited to specific accounts.
health_report	Network size, pending and stale invitations with a proposed cleanup, SSI (with Sales Navigator), warm-up plan and recommendations.
daily_brief	The morning read: replies that need you in priority order (with triage), new connections ready for a first message, queue, approvals, budgets.
account_insights	Who viewed the profile recently and the Social Selling Index (Premium or Sales Navigator; free accounts see a partial view).
plan_outreach	Estimates when a batch (up to 1,000 invitations, messages, InMails, comments, reactions or posts) can go out given today’s budget, the daily limit and working hours.

Research (read)

Tool	What it does
search_people	Search people by keywords and filters (location, industry, company, title, seniority, headcount…). Costs search budget per result row.
search_companies	Search companies by keywords, location, industry and headcount. Costs search budget per row.
get_profile	A person’s profile. Ask for sections (experience, education, skills…) only when needed; a fresh fetch counts as a profile view.
get_company	A company page: industry, size, location, website.
get_posts	Recent posts by a person or company page. Free.
get_post	One post by URL or id.
inbox	Recent conversations with unread counts and reply triage. Free.
get_conversation	Messages in one conversation.
person_timeline	Everything your workspace has done with one person across every account, including notes and pending approvals. Free.

Read tools accept fields to return only the keys the assistant needs.

Outreach (write)

connect	write:network	Connection request with an optional note (max 300 characters, no links).
send_message	write:messages	Message a 1st-degree connection or reply in a conversation; inmail: true for open profiles. Max 1,900 characters.
manage_invites	read / write:network	List sent or received invitations; withdraw, accept or decline one.
engage	write:content	React to or comment on a post (comments can’t contain links).
create_post	write:content	Publish a post. Returns a preview first; only sends with confirm: true after you agree.
endorse	write:network	Endorse one skill on a connection’s profile.
save_lead	write:network	Save a person as a Sales Navigator lead.
add_note	write:notes	Add a note about a person, visible to your workspace. Never sent to LinkedIn.

Jobs, workflows and automations

Tool	What it does
get_job	Waits for a job to finish and returns the result.
list_jobs	Recent jobs for the workspace or one account.
cancel_job	Cancels a queued or scheduled job. Anything already sent is not undone.
pending_approvals	Writes waiting for a person. The assistant can’t approve.
run_workflow	Runs a tree of actions in one job, for example search, then connect with each person. Always runs as a dry run first to show the plan.
create_automation	A follow-up sequence that starts when an invitation is accepted or a message arrives, and stops when the person replies. Up to 10 steps.
list_automations	Automations with how many people are waiting in each.
pause_automation	Pause, resume or archive an automation.

Prompts (playbooks)

Your client may show these as slash commands or templates.

warm_intro_request	Find who in your organisation knows the target and draft the intro ask.
post_engagement_followup	Turn people who reacted to or commented on a post into conversations.
reply_handling	Go through the inbox, classify, and draft answers in priority order.
event_followup	Follow up with people met at an event or webinar.
champion_job_change	Re-engage a past champion who moved to a new company.
re_engage_closed_lost	Reopen a conversation with a deal that went quiet or was lost.
